“We booked the tour three days ahead of time, charge went through, but we have been “pending” ever since. Attempts to reach guide by phone, email & trip advisor have gone unanswered. We don’t know whether to go try to meet him or skip it. We were very excited about this tour and we’re disappointed that we got ghosted.”
