“Very disappointing, tour guide was an elderly lady who clearly didn’t want to be there. Brusque verging on rude when addressing people, gave very basic information and even wrong advice on what to do on free time, sending us to the most commercial part of the town, with McDonalds and Starbucks. Lunch was terrible, watery soup totally tasteless, watery frozen veggies, stale bread. Fish was edible but still quality was subpar. Not described in the original itinerary we were taken to glass factory and museum but not even given the time to listen in full to the audio guide given. Terrible experience, do not recommend to take this specific tour”
